Finally

We do get a fall in Arizona,  it just takes until January to show up!   Finally some color!

Happy First Birthday, Little Ladybug.

 It was a hard day, but it sure was beautiful. Her mom says it best!

Christmas Morning

Christmas started early this year,  about 5:30.  The night before we threated the kids that they were not allow to leave there rooms until we came and got them.  We promised them it would be early, and it was.  I guess we were excited too. Santa brought bikes for each of the kids this year.  He figured with Avery being 8, it was time for them to learn how to ride one.

 I feel pretty lucky to have a girl who asks for books for Christmas,  she has already read through the first 2 books.  Need to find a new series for her soon.

Christmas Eve

Christmas Eve is spent just as a family, we have a simple dinner of cheese and crackers, and family fireside, this year we focused on the meaning of the Star, and what the stars are in our lives to guide us to finding Christ.  Then we roast marshmallows.  This is quickly becoming my favorite thing we do durning the Christmas Seasons.  I think the kids would agree too.
